Connect or disconnect compatible Windows VPN profiles from the system tray. Requires an existing VPN profile and access to a VPN server. This app does not provide a VPN server.

    Choose an application above, save the EXE and open it on your Windows computer.

    For Cobalt Meridian VPN

    First configure a compatible Windows VPN profile with your provider's server details. Open the tray icon, including the hidden icons area if necessary, and choose the profile.

    For Link Harbor

    Enter a direct HTTPS link, choose where to save the file, then select Download. Some links requiring sign-in, cookies or a browser may not work.
